we offer what we have from the heart

But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.
Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

-Psalm 4:3-5

Hi there. I wish I could figure out how to get these posts sent to me automatically....is there a 'follow me' option that I am not seeing? If so, let me know! Gracias! Peg

I'm not sure about that actually, I know Patrick saved it to his bookmarks and it usually pops up on there when there is a new post.

I did take this photo- it was taken at a sushi restaurant we ate at (that must be a scary thought for those fish in the fish take to see all their friends get eaten). Anyway, it's a clown fish which is the type of fish they used in "Finding Nemo". I just learned about how and why Clown fish hide in the Sea Anemones (the pink thing in the picture). Since Anemones sting - they hide in the Anemone to protect themselves from predators - maybe this is common knowledge, but I didn't know that. But first they have to build a relationship, so to speak, with the anemone. They do it by finding an anemone and occasionally brushing up against it (getting stung in the process) but picking up it's cells until it's covered in the anemone's cells and can hide in it without the anemone knowing it and without being stung. :)
